This On-Demand Video Course is designed to give engineers & architects an understanding of the accessibility design requirements under the Fair Housing Act & Section 504. The course satisfies the TDHCA 5 hour fair housing training QAP requirement.

This course will provide architects with an understanding of the design requirements under the three federal accessibility laws: the ADA, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Fair Housing Amendment as they pertain to multifamily housing.

This version of Fair Housing 101 has been approved by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) and satisfies their QAP for training required of Property Owners and Managers.
